Ashtyn developed a passion for skincare around 16 years old and that passion pushed her to begin her career in Aesthetics in 2018. During this time, she fell in love with the real before/after results she was able to deliver and the confidence that people felt when their skin had a natural glow to it. In 2020 Ashtyn advanced her knowledge of skin by completing a high-end laser course at the Sciton Laser User Summit. She is now a Nurse in training with goals of becoming a Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Injector.

Erina is truly a master of Skincare and Devices. She has completed numerous courses and gone through extensive training during her time at Aesthetic Med Studio and this led to her winning one of Dermascope Magazine’s Top 45 Skin Saviors in the Aesthetic Industry. She won this high recognition through her advanced knowledge of skin, skin-saving techniques, and her serving heart. She consistently rises about the basic industry standards and always delivers expert results.

Karlene Ruiz, RN, BSN, BBA, is the clinical director of Aesthetic Med Studio. Karlene received her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Evangel University. She then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Cox College Health and Sciences. Her commitment to excellence led to a successful career in nursing and sales before finding her true calling in the ever-changing field of medical aesthetics.

Karlene has become one of the Midwest’s most skilled experts in advanced aesthetic procedures, including:

• Botox injections
• Fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane and Radiesse
• Skin rejuvenation laser procedures including the MicroLaser Peel and Profractional
• And much more
  In 2010 she became an injectable trainer for the makers of Restylane.

Karlene is committed to educating her clients in the latest aesthetic treatments, designing treatment programs that will provide the highest level of efficacy, and developing long-term anti-aging strategies that will produce results that are second-to-none. One of the greatest sources of satisfaction in her career is the fact that so many of her clients enthusiastically refer their friends and family to her for skin care treatments. Karlene looks forward to continuing her education and advancing her skills so she can continue to provide the service and results that her clients have come to expect. Her motto is, “Quality has to be consistent – not some of the time, but all of the time.”

Lucy graduated with a degree in Marketing from Missouri State University before she found her passion in skin. She then returned to school to become a Medical Aesthetician. Lucy specializes in facials and facial massage, claiming that her favorite aspect is creating a relaxing environment so people can not only feel pampered but deliver an amazing glow to their skin afterwards. She has an incredible knowledge of products allowing her to cocktail different serums and peels for skin tightening or overall rejuvenation.

Morgan joined Aesthetic Med Studio in 2012 after he realized his love for Aesthetics.

He earned a Laser License in 2013 from an Advanced Sciton Laser Course centered in Laser Physics and Dynamics. Since then, he has developed an eclectic knowledge of Lasers, Medical Devices and Procedures from courses and seminars from around the nation in the Aesthetic Industry. Morgan graduated with honors at Missouri State University and is currently in the process of achieving a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration. He is dedicated to the culture of Medical Aesthetics and Educating people in this ever-growing industry.
