"I had filler and dysport done as well as my first consultation with Ashtyn. She did a PHENOMENAL JOB! She was honest and gave me options. They worked with me as I had over a two hour drive to get there to work me in and give me the best treatment plan and injections on the same day! I had two full syringes of filler and 60 units of dysport and had hardly any pain at all during the injection process. Would definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely be back!"

"Had an appointment for diode laser hair removal treatment recently and it was a great experience! Everyone was super friendy. The owner of the place, Morgan, explained the technical aspects of the machines to me which most places won't do, and I really appreciate it. Also the prices are quite reasonable compared to other places! Treatments seems to be every 6 weeks and they showed me two different diode machines that I got to choose from. Jasmine was who helped me and she was nice to talk with. Definitely recommend this place over other places in Springfield who only do IPL treatments or are pricey."

"Fantastic. If you are shy or worried about being 'judged' for skin issues, go here. Everyone was fantastically helpful, kind, and thoughtful. Everything was totally positive. No weird staring like in a dermatologist office. Erina did the facial and she was so knowledgeable, helpful, gentle, and thoughtful. I tend to be the person who feels very nervous and out of place at places like this but it was not snooty at all. I felt like royalty, too. I will definitely recommend this place and I will be back, too. Also, it is incredibly important to go to an immaculate place like this. I have a friend who spent months receiving treatment from her dermatologist because she went to a place that wasn't sterilizing. Her dermatologist told her she was his third case that year. Very much worth a little extra to go somewhere super reputable with tons of options to help you look and feel your best."

I was really nervous to go somewhere and talk about my insecurities and what I wanted "fixed" about my face. While I was talking about what I wanted corrected (lips and nose), she made sure to point out a thing or two about the same area that was already pretty perfect. I can't really express how much I appreciated hearing genuine compliments during the whole process. It definitely made a very positive experience. Thanks to Ashtyn, by the time I left, I no longer felt like I was "fixing" a part of my face but enhancing something that was already beautiful. "I had the edge laser treatment done today. Upon arrival I was taken back to the procedure room within a minute of sitting down. The staff was kind and accommodating. The young lady that performed my procedure, explained everything and offered to answer any questions that I had. The procedure took less than 12 minutes, but she was very empathetic and kind during the procedure. She accurately, as of right now (as of 2 hours after), explained the aftercare process. They explain there is different settings to the edge, laser treatment, which accommodate the number of days you have for recovery. I go back to work on Wednesday, 1/10. I will update on the healing and aftercare process next week."
