I was nervous about this laser even though I’ve had non-ablative laser in the past. But she tailored it to my needs and was very thorough about the after-care. It was still there, and I expressed how much I disliked it. Ashtyn immediately identified it as a milia and, without hesitation, offered to remove it for me.It wasn't until it was gone that I realized how much that tiny spot had been affecting how I felt about my appearance. "Had an appointment for diode laser hair removal treatment recently and it was a great experience! Everyone was super friendy. The owner of the place, Morgan, explained the technical aspects of the machines to me which most places won't do, and I really appreciate it. Also the prices are quite reasonable compared to other places! Treatments seems to be every 6 weeks and they showed me two different diode machines that I got to choose from. Jasmine was who helped me and she was nice to talk with. Definitely recommend this place over other places in Springfield who only do IPL treatments or are pricey."

The interactions have felt very authentic, which I really appreciate. Emily did my BBL treatment and it was the best BBL treatment I’ve ever had! "I had the edge laser treatment done today. Upon arrival I was taken back to the procedure room within a minute of sitting down. The staff was kind and accommodating. The young lady that performed my procedure, explained everything and offered to answer any questions that I had. The procedure took less than 12 minutes, but she was very empathetic and kind during the procedure. She accurately, as of right now (as of 2 hours after), explained the aftercare process. They explain there is different settings to the edge, laser treatment, which accommodate the number of days you have for recovery. I go back to work on Wednesday, 1/10. I will update on the healing and aftercare process next week."

"I can't believe the changes in my face since I started having the profractional laser treatments. After only 3 treatments , the sun damaged freckled face is looking amazing. No more sun damage all freckles gone ! I am so happy , Even my regular dermatologist asked me what treatments I had been doing and was highly impressed with the results and now refers his patients to AMS. Karlene Ruiz and her staff are top notch. Amazing talented people who produce nothing less than perfection . Every time I go back I'm always more impressed than the last time."
