I have been on a journey of self care, self discovery for about 5 years now. I come from VERY HUMBLE beginnings. Facial routines & self care was not something ingrained into my daily habits. Almost a lifetime of insecurities & being constantly self conscious would follow. Before you know it I was a small business owner in my 40’s & while I began feeling confidence in my abilities as a small business owner; I wanted to feel more confident in my skin as well. I had tried 4 other establishments (across the country) before finding The Med Studio 2 years ago. I had no idea what self care really entailed, the products or processes I needed for my skin type.. even what my skin type was. I knew I wanted a little Botox here & filler there.. but that was about it. I found plenty of places that would sell you those items. But not one that TAUGHT ME what was best for MY SKIN, AT MY AGE, until I found Aesthetic Med Studio. The team helped to develop a plan specific to my needs & goals. They worked with me to set out the processes I would most benefit from & schedule a treatment plan. (Which also helped me budget for it.) I now know the products that work for me at home thanks to their guidance. MY SKIN LOOKS AMAZING! Once I began seeing the natural & amazing improvements still possible at my age, it motivated me in other aspects as well. I started working out & eating right. I just turned 49 & can honestly say I feel the absolute most confident inside and out, that I ever have. That journey really kicked off when I walked into Aesthetic Med Studio. "Fantastic. If you are shy or worried about being 'judged' for skin issues, go here. Everyone was fantastically helpful, kind, and thoughtful. Everything was totally positive. No weird staring like in a dermatologist office. Erina did the facial and she was so knowledgeable, helpful, gentle, and thoughtful. I tend to be the person who feels very nervous and out of place at places like this but it was not snooty at all. I felt like royalty, too. I will definitely recommend this place and I will be back, too. Also, it is incredibly important to go to an immaculate place like this. I have a friend who spent months receiving treatment from her dermatologist because she went to a place that wasn't sterilizing. Her dermatologist told her she was his third case that year. Very much worth a little extra to go somewhere super reputable with tons of options to help you look and feel your best."

"Now that I'm in my second year of exclusively trusting AMS with my skin, and convincing all of my friends/family to become life long customers, I can say with full confidence- they are one of the country's TOP TIER *if not THE best* medical spas. While their studio looks like an exclusive salon you would find in Calabasas or NYC, their prices are incredibly competitive. And for the quality of service, professionalism, and state of the art equipment and techniques- you're getting the absolute MOST for your money. On top of all of that their team has become family and I am stunned at the progress we've made with my skin. From various facials, treatments, and lasers with the addition of a custom skin care regimen I was able to look my absolute best during my reign as Miss Missouri USA and put my best face forward at Miss USA. We are SO lucky to have a medical spa of this quality available in Missouri. My only warning is to know that after your first visit you'll never go anywhere else!!"

"OMG! I cannot say enough about Karlene, she’s a miracle worker. I’ve been to several actual plastic surgeons for fillers who do not gift half the results as she does. She listens to exactly what you want and she delivers exactly what you’ve asked for. She explains the procedure and what results you will get before you make your final decision. Her spa offers many wonderful things like lashes, facials, lazar and threading. I recommend you look no further for an inviting, relaxing day. Just be ready to walk out feeling amazing! ❤️"
